Steven C. Rubino

Steven C. Rubino is a founding partner of Rubino Findley, PLLC.  Steven has practiced law since 1997 and has an extensive history in representing clients in business law and complex civil litigation matters.  His practice focuses on business counseling and business and commercial litigation including matters involving contract, real estate and construction disputes, personal injury, wrongful death, and probate.   Steven’s diverse litigation practice includes experience at every level of the court system including trial and appellate work in both state and federal court.   Steven provides his clients with personalized representation and zealous advocacy to resolve their legal matters. He focuses on the needs of his clients and strives to resolve their cases in a manner that best suits their individual needs whether that be through negotiation and settlement alternate dispute resolution or litigation in a courtroom setting.  Steven is licensed in Florida and New Jersey and is admitted to practice in the  United States Courts of Appeal for the Eleventh Circuit as well as the United States District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.  He has represented individuals, business entities and business owners in various forms of legal disputes in Probate, State and Federal Court.  Steven is from New York, and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of Buffalo in 1991.  He graduated from Western Michigan University Thomas Cooley Law School in 1996 and became a member of the State Bar of Florida and New Jersey in 1997.


Susan W. Findley

Susan W. Findley is a founding partner of Rubino Findley, PLLC.  Susan has practiced law since 1994 and has an extensive history in representing clients in real estate and civil litigation matters. Her practice focuses on guiding clients, both individual and institutional, through the transactional real estate process from contract to closing table. She has focused much of her multi-state practice on the resolution of title insurance issues, civil litigation, and mortgage default matters, which includes asset recovery and collateralized asset sales. Susan’s experience handling civil disputes covers a variety of issues including Estate, Construction, and Business litigation matters. She provides her clients with personalized representation and zealous advocacy to resolve their legal matters.  She is mindful of the needs of her clients and strives to resolve their cases in a manner that best suits their individual needs whether that be through negotiation and settlement alternate dispute resolution or litigation in a courtroom setting. Susan is licensed in Florida and New York and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Susan is from New York and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the Florida Atlantic University in 1990.  She graduated from University of Miami School of Law in 1993 and became a member of the State Bar of New York in 1994 and Florida in 1998.


Dallan Vecchio

Dallan T. Vecchio is an associate attorney with Rubino Findley, PLLC. He practices complex civil litigation matters, including real estate, business and contract disputes, commercial law, construction disputes, contested probate and estate proceedings, and collection and default services. Dallan has experience in handling lawsuits both on a federal and state court level. Drawing from his diverse litigation experience, Dallan also counsels and represents clients in business transactions, entity formation, and corporate governance, including preparation of bylaws, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and other similar legal documents. Dallan takes pride in counseling and representing clients in accordance with their specific needs. Dallan is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Dallan is originally from Long Island, New York, and moved to South Florida with his family in 2003. After playing Division II baseball at Dominican College in New York, he graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2015, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. From there, Dallan earned his Juris Doctorate from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2018, and became a member of the Florida State Bar in 2019.


 

Joseph Mannino

Joseph Mannino serves as “Of Counsel” to Rubino Findley, PLLC. Mr. Mannino hails from Westfield, New Jersey, and has practiced law in the South Florida Community since 1979. He has an extensive background in representing clients in real estate, estate planning, probate and probate litigation. In many instances he has represented families for three generations. He has a reputation as a hands-on attorney who gives personal service to his clients.

Mr. Mannino attended the United States Military Academy and graduated with honors from the University of Florida. He received his JD degree from Nova University. He is a long-time member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and is an authorized agent of Attorney’s Title Fund Services, Inc. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell’s Peer Review Ratings.

Mr. Mannino and his wife Deborah have lived in the Boca Raton community for almost 40 years. They have served in various local charities and Mr. Mannino has been a Leader of Laity and Chairperson of the Executive Council of their church.
